Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Service Description

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who need structured support while maintaining their daily responsibilities at work, school, or home. This evidence-based program provides a high level of care without requiring residential treatment. The IOP includes: Group therapy sessions Individual counselling Psychoeducation and relapse prevention Trauma-informed approaches Access to the Living in Balance curriculum from Hazelden Publishing Programs are customized to fit individual needs and typically run 3 to 5 days per week, depending on clinical recommendations. Length of participation may vary, with options for short-term stabilization or extended ongoing care. We offer flexible scheduling, insurance coverage, and affordable payment options to ensure accessibility for all.
