Cancellation and Late Policy
Sessions must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to 50% of the session fee and no shows are subject to the full session fee.
Late appointments will still end as per the scheduled session time. If you are going to be more than10 minutes late please notify your counsellor.
Alumni and Giving Back
A receipt is provided following payment for reimbursement by your insurance provider. Please review your insurance plan or contact your service provider to ensure your session can be covered and/or at what percentage rate.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate coverage.
MT Recovery is able to direct bill some insurance companies, please check with your counsellor if this applies to you.
Alumni is an opportunity for individuals who are in a similar situation to reconnect and share their experience, strength and hope. It is completely optional and volunteer-based. There is no charge for any involvement with Alumni or it's services offered.
MT Recovery commits to having annual fundraisers for charities, member BBQ's, Spirit Awareness, Volunteer Services and Community Work. Community that gets healthy together stays together.
We will also provide recovery based literature for those that cannot afford it, when needed, and will use any monetary donations for same.
MT Recovery will donate a portion of each session to an ever-changing (monthly basis) community non-profit that helps those in need.
For appointments, we have a flexible schedule and the ability to provide services over the phone,
in-person, via text, Zoom meeting or Telehealth, whatever works best for you. We provide services to individuals, couples, families and small groups.
