Isabelle is client-centered and personable. She values developing a helping relationship with clients so that they know they are understood and in a judgment-free zone. She understands from her own mental health journey the guilt, shame, fear, trauma, pride, stigma etc. that hold people back from addressing their mental health and will work with you in a trauma-informed care model, to liberate you from those emotions. Through her education and personal experience, she has learned various coping and emotion regulation mechanisms that can be tailored to fit each individual's needs.
